1. Delivery Timelines & "Quality First" Assurance
- Our standard delivery time is 7 business days across India.
- The Craftsmanship Clause: Because we prioritize quality over mass production, each piece undergoes a final inspection before dispatch. Occasionally, this may lead to minor delays.
- Liability: While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, please note that estimated delivery timelines are not grounds for a refund. Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, though we will remain your point of contact to resolve any issues.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹700.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹700, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for all serviceable pin codes across India.
- Handling Fee: To cover the secure handling of cash and additional logistics, a flat ₹100 convenience fee applies to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable.
4. Tracking & Communication
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email.
