Refund and Return Policy

At Factory De Fashion, we take immense pride in the honest craftsmanship behind every piece. Because our goods are handcrafted in small batches, we maintain a clear policy to ensure fairness to our artisans and our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Our policy for manufacturing defects lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. The Artisanal Disclaimer

We sell handcrafted goods. Please note that a 5-10% variation in leather color, grain, stitching, or hardware (compared to website images) is a natural characteristic of handmade products. These are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for free returns.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (24-Hour Reporting)

Any Transit Damage (damage caused during shipping) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email us at factorydefashion@gmail.com with clear photo/video evidence and your Order Number.

Resolution: Once verified, we will first offer a Free Exchange/Replacement for the same item. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed.

Note: Claims raised after 24 hours for transit damage will be considered "damage by use" and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Shipping & Refunds

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
